brusselsBrussels was truly one of my favorite cities on my Europe adventure. Although I was only in the city for about 24 hours, it was enough for me to see and do everything I wanted to and more. My train arrived into Brussels around 9:00 a.m. The ride itself was super quick and fairly comfortable on the Thalys train. As soon as I arrived, I quickly checked my stuff into the hostel and off I went on a whirlwind of an adventure! Brussels is filled with so much history, so many people, and an exorbitant amount of chocolate! There are literally chocolatier shops located on almost every corner of the city....and they are DELICIOUS! I pretty much did my very own self walking food and drink tour while exploring the city. And I must say - I wasn't at all disappointed! The food was probably my absolute favorite of the trip. If I would've stayed any longer in this city I probably would've had to have been airlifted out of here! Below I will provide a brief outline on the highlights of Brussels that I experienced. I will also include the costs, location, and hours of each place visited. ACCOMMODATION |
